Plenty of free parking, Natural Surroundings cafe and plant nursery, dogs on leads welcome, uneven paths in places. The trail starts with a walk up a gravel track with an incline, for anyone using a walker or with very low mobility please talk to the box office as there are a couple of alternative access options.

5 miles west of Holt in North Norfolk. Follow the yellow signs. The site has 2 gates, entry is at the north gate, which is the same entrance as the Natural Surroundings Cafe and Wildflower Garden Centre, the exit is via the south gate.
